This warranty maintains the value of your bike and ensures that upon selling your bike, the buyer can have the same peace of mind that you do, knowing that the repairs are covered for the lifetime of the bike.

Terms & Conditions
Under no circumstances shall Velontic be liable for any damages or injuries incurred by the use of or misuse of the repair service or fabricated products. This includes, but is not limited to: lost profits, lost savings, incidental or consequential damages, injuries arising from the use of, or inability to use the serviced product.
All products sent to Velontic are assessed a $50 inspection fee. This fee will be credited toward any repair. The person or entity indicated as the owner or the point of contact for the product will be responsible for work order approvals and any deposit that is required. Frames that arrive without all parts removed will incur additional charges. Velontic is NOT responsible for any parts that were not originally removed or parts that were received with the product that was not explicitly requested by Velontic to accompany the product for service. Velontic is not responsible for the re-installation of removed parts at the completion of the work performed. A 5% handling fee will be charged for refunds when work orders are canceled after a work order approval has already been given. Prices do not include return shipping/handling or shipping insurance. The declared value of a frame will be set at $1000 unless otherwise indicated by the owner, signature may or may not be required dependent on carrier requirements. Shipping purchased by Velontic will not include any additional insurance of the product other than what the carrier includes with the purchase of their shipping service. Any product left with Velontic more than 60 days after repair or paint completion without payment action from the owner or shop will be considered abandoned and become the property of Velontic to dispose of as it pleases. Any business or entity that submits an application to become a partner shop and is approved to be a partner shop by Velontic gives Velontic its permission to list the businesses or entity’s contact information on the Partnerships page of Velontic’s website. Any individual or business that submits their contact information to Velontic agrees to receive marketing material that can be opted out of at any time.

Paint Warranty
The limited warranty provided by Velontic and set forth in this agreement may not be extended or modified by any Employee or Agent of Velontic. Velontic does not assume any liability or make any warranty except as stated in this limited warranty. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights depending on your state. Some states do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties or the limitation or exclusion of incidental or consequential damages; therefore, the limitations and exclusions set forth in this warranty may not apply to you. Velontic warrants to the product owner as registered with Velontic that paintwork is free from defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year after the completion of the product’s paintwork. IF Velontic determines the paintwork to be defective, Velontic will correct the defective paintwork free of charge and restore the finish to its original condition and cover the cost of return shipping to the product owner. It’s the responsibility of the frame owner to ship Velontic the broken-down product for a paint warranty inspection, properly packaged and insured. This warranty does NOT include or cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic repairs, improper assembly, use of products not originally intended for the bicycle as determined by the manufacturer’s original offerings, corrosion, improper maintenance, defects or failures resulting from abuse, neglect, misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
Repair Warranty
The limited lifetime transferable warranty provided by Velontic and set forth in this agreement may not be extended or modified by any Employee or Agent of Velontic. Velontic does not assume any liability or make any warranty except as stated in this limited lifetime transferable warranty. This limited lifetime transferable warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights depending on your state. Some states do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties or the limitation or exclusion of incidental or consequential damages; therefore, the limitations and exclusions set forth in this warranty may not apply to you. Velontic warrants to the product owner as registered with Velontic that the frame repairs and modifications are free from defects in materials and workmanship for the limited lifetime of the product from the date of service until the product has reached its serviceable life. This warranty is transferable to another owner as long as the product is within its serviceable life. Velontic must be contacted within 30 days when the warrantied product changes possession from the current owner to a new owner to transfer the warranty. Serviceable is considered to be the bicycle’s life expectancy and the manufacturer’s available support for materials and parts. Velontic defines the serviceable life of a bicycle to be 15 years. IF Velontic determines a repair or modification to be defective, Velontic will correct the defective repair or modification free of charge and restore the finish as indicated when the frame was originally repaired or modified and cover the cost of return shipping to the frame owner. It’s the responsibility of the frame owner to ship Velontic the broken-down product for a warranty inspection, properly packaged and insured. If the repair is found to have failed due to a design flaw or defect of the product’s design, the customer will be responsible to cover the repair and paint cost associated with the damage. In the rare case that the repair is found to have failed due to a design flaw by the manufacturer and Velontic determines that the repair will not be sufficient enough to overcome the design flaw, Velontic will refuse the repair. All bike breakdown and build-up labor as well as shipping cost to send the frame for a warranty inspection will be the sole responsibility of the owner. All frames must be disassembled completely before being sent to Velontic for warranty inspections. This warranty does NOT include or cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic repairs, improper assembly, use of products not originally intended for the bicycle as determined by the manufacturer’s original offerings, corrosion, improper maintenance, defects or failures resulting from abuse, neglect, misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications. NOTE: The Velontic Warranty Policy may change at any time, without notice.
